At Romulus Healthcare, we aim to deliver your products safely & quickly.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

(Delays may occur due to festivals, weather, lockdowns, or courier issues.)

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via SMS/Email.

If the customer is unavailable, the courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

In case of wrong or incomplete address, re-delivery charges may apply.

If the parcel is damaged at the time of delivery, please record a video and contact us immediately.
