Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled..

Returns

Due to the nature of our wellness and personal-care products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Product expired or tampered

  • Product not delivered

All return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Refunds

After we receive and verify the return:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refund time: 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refund will not be issued if:

  • Product is opened, used or altered

  • Customer fails to provide proof

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery
